Back in April, a few of our club members attended the Leo Multiple District 307 Conference in Medan, Indonesia. We were given a great opportunity to meet other Lions and Leos from a different District; we met Medan Spirit Leos through introduction by Lions. An exclusive relationship was established after exchanging our own experiences as well as our unique culture.
In order to extend our cooperation Leo Club Programme, we proposed totwin both Leo Club of Penang (City) and Leo Club of Medan Spirit.
We were ecstatic when this idea was successfully endorsed by both Sponsoring Lions Clubs.
“We are so lucky to have Medan Spirit as our new ally, let’s serve together to achieve greater success in the future.” said Penang (City) President Shaw Jhee during The Presentation 2013.
